Ansata Affiliate Program – Affiliates Terms of Service

1. Agreement Overview

By enrolling in the Ansata Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Ansata reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time, with or without notice. Continued participation in the Program after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. The latest version is always available at: https://ansata.net/affiliates-terms-of-service

Any violation of these terms may result in termination of your affiliate relationship and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions.

2. Eligibility & Account Terms

  • Participation is limited to individuals residing in India.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name and a valid email address during registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials.
  • You may only maintain one affiliate account.
  • You agree not to use the Program for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose, including the infringement of any intellectual property laws.

3. Use of Affiliate Links & Promotional Materials

Upon approval, you will receive a unique Affiliate Code. You may use this code in links, banners, and graphics provided by Ansata for promotion through your website, emails, or other communication channels.

  • All affiliate materials must follow the guidelines and branding standards provided by Ansata.
  • We may update artwork or design assets at any time. Notice will be given for any dimensional changes.
  • Proper use of the special link formats is required to ensure accurate tracking and commission attribution.

    Only purchases made through correctly formatted and tracked Referral Links will be eligible for commission.

4. Referral Fees, Commissions, and Payouts

Commission Eligibility:

  • A commission is earned only when a customer clicks your Referral Link and completes a purchase on https://ansata.net within the same browsing session.
  • If the user leaves the site and returns later independently, no commission will be attributed.
  • We will not pay commissions for untracked or incorrectly formatted links, or for self-reported referrals.

Payment Terms:

  • Commissions are calculated as follows:
     Commission = (Cart Total Value before GST) × (Commission Rate)
  • Payments are made by Ansata Webstore Credit or bank transfer.
  • TDS will be deducted under Section 194H as per applicable tax regulations.

Payouts will be processed on or before the 10th of the following month, or upon specific request.

5. Representation and Disclosure

You may not:

  • Publicly disclose or misrepresent your relationship with Ansata.
  • Claim to be an employee, agent, or representative of Ansata.

Purchase products through your own affiliate link. Any such purchases may result in forfeiture of commissions and potential removal from the Program.

6. Customer Relationship

Customers referred through your affiliate links will be considered Ansata customers, subject to Ansata’s standard terms, pricing policies, and customer service processes.

  • Product prices and availability may change without notice.
  • You should avoid displaying fixed prices on your platform to prevent discrepancies.

7. Your Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

  • Maintaining and operating your website or promotional channels.
  • Ensuring that Special Links and content on your site do not violate third-party rights or applicable laws.
  • Providing accurate and lawful content and disclosures.
  • Complying with any hosting or platform agreements governing your site.

    You must also disclose your data practices clearly, especially if third parties are involved in tracking or advertising.

8. Compliance with Laws

You agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and requirements of any authority relevant to your participation in the Program, both current and future.

9. Program Term and Termination

This agreement is effective from the time your registration is accepted and remains in force until terminated by either party.

  • You or Ansata may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, via written notice.
  • Upon termination, you must immediately remove all affiliate links, Ansata trademarks, and related content from your site.
  • Ansata reserves the right to end the Program at any time and will pay any pending eligible commissions upon closure.

10. Suspension & Termination

Ansata may, at its sole discretion, suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Fraudulent, illegal, or unethical promotional practices.
  • Violation of these Terms of Service.

In such cases, earned commissions may be withheld. Any valid unpaid commissions at the time of termination will be settled.

11. Independent Relationship

This Agreement does not create any legal partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship between you and Ansata. You do not have authority to make commitments or representations on behalf of Ansata.

12. Limitation of Liability

Ansata shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of revenue or data) related to your participation in the Program.

The total liability of Ansata under this Agreement shall not exceed the total referral fees paid or payable to you under this Program.
