The Waves WSG-Y16 I/O card for Yamaha digital consoles integrates Waves plugins running on the SoundGrid platform. Now, live sound engineers can access Waves’ award-winning plugins with ultra-low latency, do multitrack recording and playback, and even sync multiple consoles.

With a SoundGrid DSP server and Mac or PC, the Waves WSG-Y16 card can process 16 channels using world-class software EQs, compressors, reverbs, and more—right from your Yamaha console.

  • Ultra-low latency at all supported sample rates (44.1 to 96 kHz)
  • Connects to SoundGrid systems and SoundGrid-compatible devices

  • Record/play back with ASIO/Core Audio using SoundGrid Studio app
  • Clock Sync over Ethernet (SoE) for digital splits and audio networking
