Starting the d&b Workflow with system performance requirements and venue creation, system design begins with a process of loudspeaker selection, positioning, prediction, and optimization until system performance requirements are surpassed. Point sources, line arrays, and SUB arrays can be designed for the best performance, with equal frequency response and level distribution over the entire listening plane. The R1 Remote control software and the NoizCalc far field noise simulation software use the data defined within ArrayCalc. R1 automatically generate a graphical user interface for the entire system. This intuitive user interface offers central access to all amplifier functions through the d&b Remote network, to group controls as well as detailed system and device diagnostics information. While NoizCalc uses international standards to model the far field noise immission from one or more ArrayCalc files enabling users to optimize for listeners while satisfying local noise restrictions and offsite regulations. Together ArrayCalc, R1, and NoizCalc unlock the full potential of the d&b system approach.[/su_expand]
